Starting Off
As a shopkeeper, it is your reponsibility to post a thread in your shop/board that lists all the merchandise/pixels you will be selling. Make sure you say what each item costs. Then, make this thread LOCKED and STICKY.
The Merchandise
Maximum size: 80x80
When a Kitty Posts Their Order
When a kitty posts a thread in your board, saying what they want to buy, this is what you do:
1. Go to their profile.
2. Click Modify Profile.
3. Scroll down to where it says "Admin Functions". Now in "Custom Title", copy and paste the following code into the box (paste it AFTER any codes they already have). Make sure you replace "URL" with the URL of the item that they purchased. If they purchased more than one item, you would copy and paste this code again for each item they purchased.
4. Now go to where it says Coffee Beans. Click on the arrow beside the drop down menu and select the "-" sign. Now, where it says "0", type in how much the item(s) cost. Click "Update" and their money should be updated.
5. Now scroll up a little bit until you come to the textbox called "User Notes". It should be right below their Signature. In there, type in what they purchased underneath whatever else they had before. For example:
So basically, you can use this template:
If they bought 2 items, you would put that in twice.
6. Now scroll all the way down and click "Modify Profile". And you're done! Complicated I know, but that's how you do this on Proboards.
