So...yesterday night my dog, Lexi, had to go to the vet for her yearly shots. It would have been okay had she behaved but of course, she didn't. For a 6.9 lb dog (she's a Maltese), she sure makes a lot of noise and holds a lot of energy. I mean, there were about 6 other dogs in there (mostly bigger) just chilling with their owners waiting to get their shots 'cause it was Discount Vaccine Day. But no, Lexi had to bark her brains out and be a totally obnoxious little dog. You'd think I'd be used to her behavior at the vet by now (she's 5 years old) but I'm not. In fact, I think I get more embarassed each time it happens because I can't control it. Of course, I can't get too angry at her because she DID get 2 shots and have to give blood. *sigh* Sweet little thing. Does anybody else here have a similar problem with their dog(s)?
