I know this is TOTALLY random, But its a huge issue that needs to get resolved
Too many teens (mostly girls) are over- concerned about their weight, thinking they are too fat, too tall, etc.
Theres no such thing about being "too" something, becuase there is no "set" weight and height you must be! Everyone is different, and thats what makes everyone unqiue and special!
All those models and everything you see on TV/ in magazines, are all photoshopped, or have serious body issues. No one is that thin, (etc.) and if you are, its honestly NOT healthy!
Also, a concern is for people I know who are belimic/ annorexic (seplling?)
If you are belimic (make yourself throw up) Your teeth will eventually rot away, and could happen in a matter of MONTHS. All your stomach acids are eating away at your teeth when youu throw up. Thats not good.
Also, for annorexic girls, if you starve yourself, your insides will start consuming yourselves, and you might think. "Oh, isnt that good? Im loosing more wheight?!"
No, its not good. You can eat away for vital organs. And, that is not good.
So if you are really concerned about your weight, do the smart thing-
1. Eat 3 balanced meals a day
2. Drink lots of healthy fluids (Water, Milk and Orange Juice)
3. And get balanced excerise
Exercise does not have to be painful by the way. It is proven that if you jumprope 3 times a week for 20 minutes each time, in atleast 1 month, your body will be fitter, and in much better shape
